~ Capturing the context of contentment in everyday life ~
{pretty}
Greta thinks she is very pretty with her movie star glasses. It is funny because at 2 years of age she already wants to wear certain clothes. We went through three sweaters this morning before she decided on the one she wanted to wear.
{happy}
We got around 6 inches of snow and this morning there was still enough for the kids to go sledding in the front of our house. Edith had the time of her life and was laughing with pure joy every time I pushed her down the hill, Greta was slightly amused and poor Frank wasn't very good at steering and landed into a tree.
{funny}
I went to go get Greta up from her nap and this was how I found her dressed...her big sisters shirt on as a skirt and one shoe on the wrong foot. She was very proud of her outfit and insisted on wearing it for the rest of the day.
Here is the back of the outfit. Do I have a fashion designer on my hands???
{real}
We got 6 inches of snow!
And my Hubby built me this shelf for the garage.
Side note...the second shelf has items in case we ever get evacuated from the house due to a natural disaster, but "The World is Coming to an End Stuff" sounds much better. :) I also shared this picture at Theme Thursday.
Great shelf! I need a similar shelf in my basement... better get my husband on that!
ReplyDeleteThanks! It is great having stuff off the floor in the garage.
Delete"The world is coming to an end stuff!" I like that. Don't mind if I use it sometimes:)
ReplyDeleteI found it humorous. :)
DeleteThat set of shelves is more amazing than you can know... without having seen my garage :)
