The Simple Woman's Daybook

For Today...

Outside my window... cloudy and going to warm up to the high 80's

I am thinking... about getting the office ready to be painted.

From the learning rooms... I hope to take my daughter to the library this week.

I am thankful for... many things.

From the kitchen... homemade bread and vegetables from the garden.

I am wearing... my pj's. It has been a lazy morning.

I am reading... Glenn Beck's Common Sense.

I am hoping... to paint as much of the house as possible this week.

I am praying... for a special intention.

Around the house... toys on the floor, Veggie Tales on TV and a happy 9 month old.

One of my favorite things... a clean house smelling of baked bread.

A few plans for the rest of the week... painting, trips to the park and celebrating the 4th with fireworks.
